Hard reset for the O2 Xphone is only for service personnel and not available for end-users. O2 is not liable for any loss of data and it may void your warranty.

Q3: Can I use a SD WiFi card on the O2 Xphone's SDIO slot?
Answer:
No. Currently, there isn't any SDIO WiFi card vendor that has made their software driver available for the Microsoft Smartphone platform. Please check with the SDIO WiFi card vendor for updates.
