Hard reset for the O2 Xphone II is only for service personnel and not available for end-users. O2 is not liable for any loss of data and it may void your warranty.

A smaller, lighter and slimmer Tri-band GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900 smartphone with built-in Bluetooth and VGA camera, miniSD memory card expansion slot, 65K Colour Transflective TFT Display, MMS, Email (POP3, IMAP4 & ActiveSync), Pocket Internet Explorer, Pocket Outlook, MSN Messenger, MP3 & WMA music player, Speakerphone, 32 chords Polyphonic ringer supporting MIDI, WAV and WMA formats as ringtones.

Q3: Can I use bluetooth to synchronize O2 Xphone II with my desktop/notebook PC?
Answer:
If you PC is bluetooth enabled and support serial port profile, you can synchronize your O2 Xphone II using ActiveSync as if you were connected via a serial cable. You will need to enable ActiveSync on your desktop to allow serial connection. After that you can start setting up ActiveSync from your O2 Xphone II via Start > More... > More... > Configurations > BT ActiveSyncSetup.
