Top 3 FAQs

Q1: Is it possible to use my xda as a monitor for a regular PC?
Answer:
The xda runs with Pocket PC 2002 and has a Terminal Service Client integrated. This lets you operate a Desktop PC with Windows XP Professional by remote control. This should work with every existing TCP/IP connection.

Q2: How to check the amount battery left in the xda?
Answer:
Go to start > settings > system > power

Q3: Does performing a soft reset deletes data from the SD card?
Answer:
No. A soft reset does NOT delete data from a SD card. If this should actually happen to a SD card, it would have to do with the card itself or that the PDA has a hardware problem. If a SD card is not immediately recognised after a soft reset, then it is to do with the speed of the SD card. During the initialisation phase of the SD card, slow cards have a problem that the PocketPC does not wait for the card during the restart procedure after a soft reset. After some time, if the SD card is still not recognised as an additional storage medium, then you must remove and re-insert the card into the xda, so that it is integrated correctly.
