IMPORTANT
Before contacting the Service Collection Point, please follow the procedures here.
Please note that your O2 device can be returned to the Service Collection Point but it will be forwarded to the Hong Kong technical centre for repair, if needed. The Service Collection Point will then notify you for collection when your device is ready. This process typically takes a minimal of 7-9 working days.

Notice
  • We only provide service or collection for products that are purchased in Singapore from O2 authorised channels. (proof of purchase i.e. receipt must be presented to qualify for the 1 year limited warranty).
  • We do not provide service to any MWG branded products.
  • Should the product be out of warranty (see below) or no fault is found, a service charge will be levied for all software re-installation, software upgrading and no fault found.

Your device is out of warranty when
  • it is past 12months from the date of original purchase (extended warranties purchased from retail channels are not valid for claim with Trends Mobile Pte Ltd or eXpansys Hong Kong Limited) or
  • certain conditions are met (such as physical damage, cracked LCD screen, dropped in water or corrosive liquids,etc) as stipulated in the Terms & Condtions of the warranty card which renders the limited warranty void or
  • no proof of purchase such as receipt/invoice can be presented.
